  • Working with a Government Department to inform the development of its third sector strategy through stakeholder engagement events
  • Developing and project-managing a programme of Master Classes for an NHS commissioning body
  • Conducting and reporting on a stakeholder consultation exercise, as part of the grant and governance arrangements review of a third sector learning and skills body for its sponsoring Government Department
  • Advising a third sector provider of Health Advocacy services on aspects of its bid to provide services to 3 NHS SHAs, and providing ongoing advice

  • Consolidation of a research study, for a third sector Criminal Justice body, into a report recommending policy and operational, targeted at Ministers
  • Review of executive team structure and roles for a third sector provider of IAG and advocacy services, following rapid growth, delivering an options appraisal and an implementation strategy, including job designs and people development plans
  • Working with the Board of a UK employer led industry body to review and re-design its business model and strategy
  • Helping the Board of a UK company to be more effective in its strategic and governance roles
  • Development and implementation of a business planning process for the representative body for a UK industrial sector
